Microneedling is a treatment that uses tiny needles to make small, superficial channels in the skin. The process causes controlled injury to the skin, which stimulates your skin’s formation of collagen and elastin improving fine lines, pores, wrinkles, melasma, acne scarring and sun damage. Microneedling with Skinpen can be combined with growth factors and/or hyaluronic acid, platelet rich plasma or PRP injections and has little to no downtime depending on the skin type.
a very effective and safe exfoliation procedure that uses a sterile surgical scalpel to shave the surface of the skin to remove excess dead skin and vellous hair (peach fuzz). It is generally a stand alone procedure, but it does create deeper product penetration boosting the products effects. The procedure makes skin look and feel smoother, improves makeup application, reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation and acne scars.
